General paediatric conditions like well baby/child development assessment and detailed vaccinations, primary allergy prevention advice,  and acute illness in both the outpatient and inpatient setting.


Allergy disorders like food allergy, atopic eczema, asthma, allergic rhinitis, drug allergy and recurrent urticaria. Specialised investigations available in clinic include skin prick tests, atopy patch test, pulmonary function test, Niox, food and drug challenges. Treatment includes written action plan for various allergy disorders, immunotherapy for allergic conditions, oral food immunotherapy for desensitisation and tolerance, inpatient drug desensitisation, and use of biologics (eg. Anti-IgE, Anti-IL4/13) for severe allergic diseases.  


Immunological disorders like primary immunodeficiency diseases (PID), auto-inflammatory conditions, evaluation of recurrent infections or periodic fever. Specialised immunity investigations include enumeration of immunoglobulin levels and lymphocyte subsets, functional immunity tests including lymphocyte proliferation, neutrophil oxidation, IL12-IFNg functional test, and genetic testing for PIDs. Treatment includes intravenous and subcutaneous immunoglobulin replacement, targeted immunomodulators like Rapamycin, Jak inhibitors and biologics.


Rheumatological disorders like Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), Henoch Schonlein Purpura and Kawasaki disease. Specialised treatment includes intra-articular joint injections for JIA, DMARDS (eg. MTX, Jak inhibitors), immunosuppressants and biologics (eg. Anti-TNF, Anti-IL6, Anti-IL1).
